Dr. Matthes is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. Following graduation she completed a Radiology Residency and Magnetic Resonance Imaging Fellowship at University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology, and her areas of special expertise include CT, MRI, bone densitometry, mammography and ultrasound. She joined LRI as a Diagnostic Radiologist in 1991.
