LRI is located on the south end of the Madonna Proactive building at approximately 55th and Pine Lake Road. If traveling from the north or east, pass through the 56th and Pine Lake intersection heading south. Turn west at the Walgreen’s store (Red Rock LN) to access LRI. Patients are encouraged to park in the LRI designated spots on the south side of the building.
